Meridian Small Cap Growth Fund (MSGCX)

The Meridian Small Cap Growth Fund strives to achieve significant long-term growth in the value of its investments. To accomplish this objective, it commits at least 80% of its total assets (including any capital borrowed for investment purposes) to stocks and other equity-related instruments of U.S. companies with smaller market capitalizations. These equity holdings can include common and preferred shares, along with securities that are convertible into such stocks. Additionally, the fund retains the flexibility to allocate up to one-fifth (20%) of its net assets to companies of any market size.
