Meridian Small Cap Growth Fund (MSGRX)

This fund aims for sustained, long-term capital appreciation for its investors. Typically, it dedicates at least 80% of its total net assets—which includes any funds borrowed for investment purposes—to equity investments in smaller, U.S.-based companies. These equity holdings can include common stocks, preferred stocks, and other securities that can be converted into either common or preferred shares. Additionally, the fund maintains the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities from companies of any market capitalization.
