Meridian Contrarian Fund Legacy Class (MVALX)

The fund's investment approach centers on identifying common stocks that the Investment Adviser perceives as underpriced. This assessment is made by evaluating the company's long-term potential for earnings, its intrinsic asset value, or its valuation compared to the broader stock market. A significant portion, at least 65% of the fund's total assets, will be allocated to equities and equity-linked instruments, such as convertible bonds and stock warrants. Additionally, up to 35% of the portfolio may be directed towards debt or fixed-income securities. This can include higher-yielding, higher-risk corporate bonds that are either low-rated or unrated, often known as "junk bonds."
