Columbia Large Cap Enhanced Core Fund Class A (NMIAX)

The fund aims to generate a total return, before factoring in fees and expenses, that outpaces the performance of the S&P 500® Index. Its strategy involves committing at least 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to equities included in the S&P 500 Index, convertible bonds that can be exchanged for these index components, or derivative instruments structured to replicate the returns of the index or its individual constituents. The portfolio manager actively manages the fund's holdings, adjusting both the quantity and proportion of investments, in an ongoing effort to secure superior returns compared to the index and to mitigate the risk of underperformance over time.
