Nuveen Preferred Securities & Income Fund (NPSFX)

Under typical market conditions, this fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets, inclusive of any borrowed capital for investment purposes, to preferred securities and various other income-generating instruments. The fund's advisor intends to allocate at least 25% of its portfolio to companies primarily operating within the financial services sector. Generally, at least half (50%) of its net assets will be invested in securities deemed investment grade, though the fund also has the discretion to invest up to 50% of its net assets in securities rated below investment grade.
