Typically, this fund is designed to allocate a minimum of 80% of its total assets—including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment—to equity securities issued by companies with substantial market valuations. This commitment, often referred to as its 80% investment policy, guides its portfolio construction. For the purposes of this fund, "large market capitalization companies" are specifically defined as those firms whose market value closely resembles the companies included in the Russell 1000® Value Index.
