PGIM Total Return Bond Fund Class Z (PDBZX)

This fund aims to deliver both consistent income and long-term capital growth, guided by its subadviser's strategy. Typically, it allocates a minimum of 80% of its investable capital to bonds. For the purpose of this policy, "bonds" encompass all fixed-income instruments, excluding preferred stock, that had an initial maturity exceeding one year. Up to 30% of its investable assets may be directed towards speculative, higher-risk fixed-income securities rated below investment grade. Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to invest up to 30% of its assets in international debt instruments, which can include those from emerging markets.
