PFG BNY Mellon Diversifier Strategy Fund (PFADX)

The PFG BNY Mellon Diversifier Strategy Fund endeavors to achieve its investment mandate by allocating a minimum of 80% of its capital, including any funds obtained through borrowing, into mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) overseen by BNY Mellon. These constituent underlying funds—both those managed by BNY Mellon and other underlying funds—principally invest in a diverse range of equity securities, spanning all market capitalizations and global geographies, and/or various fixed-income instruments. Such debt holdings originate from domestic and international corporations and government entities, possessing a full spectrum of maturities and credit qualities, and may include speculative-grade debt (often referred to as 'junk bonds').
