The portfolio managers intend to focus the majority of their investments internationally, ensuring broad diversification across numerous sectors within both established and developing global markets. Typically, at least four-fifths (80%) of the fund's total net assets, including any borrowed capital utilized for investment, will be dedicated to non-U.S. equity securities.
