Third Avenue International Real Estate Value Fund Institutional Class (REIFX)

The Third Avenue International Real Estate Value Fund Institutional Class aims to deliver both long-term capital appreciation and consistent income to its shareholders. It achieves this by investing in a diversified portfolio of publicly listed real estate companies operating outside the United States. This includes a variety of entities such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), real estate operating companies, and other public firms whose core assets are primarily real estate holdings. Under normal market conditions, the fund is committed to allocating at least 80% of its net assets, along with any capital acquired through borrowing for investment, to equity securities issued by companies principally engaged in the international real estate sector.
