Riverbridge Growth Fund - Investor Class (RIVRX)

The fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial long-term capital growth for its investors. Under normal market circumstances, it diversifies its holdings across equity securities of companies of various market capitalizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises. These equity instruments may encompass common stock, preferred stock, and convertible securities. While its primary allocation is to U.S.-domiciled issuers, the fund maintains the flexibility to invest in securities of non-U.S. entities. Its international investments are generally structured as U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign companies traded on American exchanges, notably American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
