AMG GW&K Small Cap Value Fund (SKSEX)

Under typical market conditions, this fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital – encompassing its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes – to equity stakes in smaller companies. These small-capitalization firms are identified as those possessing a market value below $5 billion at the time of purchase, or alternatively, those whose market capitalization falls within the spectrum of companies included in established indices like the Russell 2000®, the S&P SmallCap 600, or the Dow Jones U.S. Small-Cap Total Stock Market Index. Additionally, the fund retains the flexibility to allocate capital to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
