ClearBridge Mid Cap Fund Class I (SMBYX)

Under typical market conditions, the fund is committed to investing at least 80% of its total assets, which includes any borrowed funds for investment purposes, into shares or other financially equivalent instruments issued by companies with a medium market capitalization. A maximum of 20% of the fund's holdings may be directed towards equity securities of companies outside the mid-capitalization range. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its net assets to securities from international issuers.
