Third Avenue Real Estate Value Fund Institutional Class (TAREX)

The fund's main goal is to generate significant long-term growth for its investors. It aims to achieve this by primarily investing in ownership stakes, such as common stocks and convertible securities, of financially sound companies. These companies are either directly involved in the real estate sector, have operations closely tied to it, hold substantial real estate properties, or obtain a significant part of their income or profits from real estate-related ventures at the point of investment. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total investment capital (including any borrowed money for investment purposes) will be allocated to securities issued by these real estate and real estate-related businesses.
