AMG TimesSquare Small Cap Growth Fund Class N (TSCPX)

This fund aims to achieve substantial capital growth over the long term. It pledges to invest a minimum of 80% of its total assets, which includes any funds borrowed for investment purposes, into the equity securities of smaller companies. The portfolio predominantly consists of both common and preferred shares issued by U.S.-based small-capitalization firms. The subadvisor characterizes a small-capitalization company as one whose market value is below $3 billion at the time of acquisition, or falls within the typical market capitalization range of companies included in the Russell 2000® Index.
