Typically, this fund commits a substantial portion of its capital – specifically, a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (which includes any funds borrowed for investment purposes) – to equity securities. These investments will encompass companies of all market capitalizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, the fund maintains a significant international component: ordinarily, at least 40% of its net assets will be dedicated to stocks of non-U.S. companies, diversified across a minimum of three distinct nations. Should market conditions become less opportune, this international allocation may be adjusted, but it will still represent no less than 30% of its net assets in foreign equities.
