First Trust Balanced Income ETF (FTBI)

The First Trust Balanced Income ETF (referred to as "the Fund") is designed to mirror the price performance and income yield of the Bloomberg Moderate Allocation Income Focus Index (the "Index"), prior to accounting for the Fund's own fees and expenses. Under typical circumstances, the Fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (plus any capital acquired through borrowing for investment) to the various exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that constitute the Index. Notably, the ETFs making up this Index are managed by First Trust Advisors L.P. ("First Trust"), which also serves as the investment advisor for the Fund itself.
