The Motley Fool Momentum Factor ETF (MFMO) is a passively managed fund designed to track U.S. companies exhibiting significant upward price momentum. This means it targets stocks that have recently performed well and are anticipated to sustain their superior market performance over the short to intermediate term. Its investment strategy is based on a proprietary, rules-based index. This index meticulously selects holdings by evaluating a combination of factors: pure price momentum, other factor-based momentum signals, and adjusted price-to-low scores.
