Dodge & Cox Stock Fund (DOXGX)

The fund chiefly targets a varied collection of equity-based investments. A minimum of 80% of its total assets will be committed to equity securities. These holdings include ordinary shares, depositary receipts that signify ownership of common stocks, certain types of preferred stock, instruments convertible into common shares, and securities that provide the option to purchase common stock. Additionally, the fund is permitted to allocate up to 20% of its overall portfolio to international securities from issuers not included in the S&P 500 Index.
