Janus Henderson Overseas Fund (JIGFX)

Under normal conditions, the Janus Henderson Overseas Fund primarily dedicates at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment) to securities issued by companies based outside the United States. Its typical portfolio is composed of 30 to 50 holdings, diversified across several different non-U.S. countries. However, should unusual circumstances arise, the fund retains the flexibility to heavily concentrate its capital, potentially investing all or nearly all of its assets in a single foreign nation. Furthermore, the fund has the option to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to U.S. issuers, a percentage determined at the moment of acquisition.
