This fund commits at least 80% of its overall value to investments in company stocks. For this purpose, "assets" are understood to mean the fund's net worth combined with any funds borrowed for investment activities. Its core strategy is to acquire holdings in non-U.S. enterprises, spanning a range of market capitalizations, and this includes the international subsidiaries of American corporations. While the fund maintains the ability to invest in securities from companies of all sizes, it may, at times, allocate a substantial segment of its capital to businesses within a single market capitalization group.
