The fund primarily invests in the common stock of large and mid-sized companies located outside the United States, seeking out those the advisor believes offer promising investment opportunities. It may target firms characterized by growth, value, or a combination of both approaches. While its main geographical focus is on developed countries, the fund has the flexibility to allocate capital to emerging markets. At least 80% of its net assets will be dedicated to equity securities.
