This fund's primary objective is to replicate the comprehensive stock price appreciation and dividend income generated by the companies included in the S&P 500 Index. To achieve this, it allocates a substantial portion of its capital, specifically at least 80%, to the constituent securities of the S&P 500 Index. This benchmark is made up of approximately 500 leading publicly traded U.S. corporations, predominantly common stocks, representing a diverse array of industries. The fund management expects its investment performance to closely match the S&P 500 Index's overall price and dividend returns, before considering the fund's own operating fees and expenses. Moreover, the fund generally allocates holdings to individual stocks with weights that are proportional to their representation within the S&P 500 Index.
