The fund's primary objective is to achieve sustained capital appreciation over the long term. It predominantly invests in non-U.S. companies across the full spectrum of market capitalizations. Under typical market conditions, the fund primarily allocates its assets to equity securities, usually common stock, issued by businesses economically tied to developed international markets. These are defined as countries within the MSCI EAFE Index at the time of investment, with the explicit exclusion of the United States. A substantial portion of the fund's capital may be concentrated in a specific region or market, including areas such as Asia, India, Japan, Europe, and the United Kingdom. This investment vehicle is non-diversified.
